At Gulf Coastal Zen, we believe life should move at the pace of the Forgotten Coast. Whether you’re waiting for your new favorite hoodie or need to swap a size, we want your experience to be as smooth as a sunset on the bay.
1. Shipping: Bringing the Zen to You
We take pride in our "analog soul," but we move fast when it comes to your orders.
• Processing Time: Most orders are packed and ready to ship within 1-3 business days. During peak "tropical" seasons (holidays), it might take us a day or two longer to get things just right.
• Shipping Rates: We offer flat-rate shipping across the U.S. Keep an eye out for our Free Shipping promotions on larger orders.
• Tracking: Once your gear is on the move, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can watch its journey from our coast to yours.
2. Returns & Exchanges: Keep the Good Vibes
We want you to love what you ordered. If it’s not quite right, we’re here to help you find your Zen.
• Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
• Condition: To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags still attached.
• Final Sale Items: To keep our community safe and healthy, certain items—like hats, swimwear, and clearance items—are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned.
• Return Shipping: Unless the item arrived damaged (oops!), customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
3. How to Start a Return
1 Contact Us: Send a quick note to returns@gulfcoastalzen.com with your Order Number and the item(s) you’d like to return.
2 Pack it Up: Securely package your item.
3 Ship it Back: We recommend using a carrier with tracking to ensure your return makes its way home to us.
4 Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your items, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items?
If we sent the wrong item or if it arrived in anything less than perfect condition, please reach out immediately at returns@gulfcoastalzen.com. We’ll make it right at no cost to you.
